avalok.ai is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, X, Meta, ByteDance, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, or any other platform. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular download will succeed or that results will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or of any content obtained through it. You use the Service at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your use of downloaded content.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold avalok.ai harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
